We are seeking an expert in data infrastructure to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • NetApp ONTAP Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of advanced ONTAP features, including MetroCluster, FabricPool, and AQoS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Storage Protocols: Possess proficiency in SAN and NAS protocols, including iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS, and CIFS/SMB concepts and environments.
  • Storage Grid & Object Storage: Have experience with object store services, such as StorageGRID.
  • AIQ & Cloud Insights: Demonstrate hands-on experience with NetApp cloud platforms, focusing on automation for efficient operations.
  • ITIL Framework: Apply knowledge of ITIL methodologies for effective incident, problem, and change management.
  • Scripting & Automation: Utilize scripting languages and tools, such as Python, Bash, and Ansible, for automation tasks.
  • Virtualization: Manage storage within virtualized infrastructures, including VMware and other platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer-facing skills, enabling effective communication for client interaction and support.
