Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our hiring processes, from candidate coordination to onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong analytical skills, and can prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Candidate coordination: Schedule/reschedule interviews, share materials, confirm panels, capture feedback within 48 hours, keep candidates updated.
  • Data maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our systems, perform data hygiene, publish weekly reports.
  • Documentation control: Standardize naming conventions, ensure audit readiness.
  • Offers and onboarding: Generate offer letters, run document checks, coordinate pre-joining activities, handoff to HR.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. If you enjoy process improvement and have experience with tools like Excel, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations-heavy roles (e.g., project coordination, customer success).
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools (Manatal) is a plus.
