As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing the business in key accounts by creating demand for medical products through personal contacts with users, influencers, and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cover institutions, doctors, nurses, paramedics, retailers, and distributors as defined.
  • Promote product ranges according to established norms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all customers through an effective contact program.
  • Address customer complaints in a satisfactory manner.
  • Gather market information on competitor activities, trends, and practices.
  • Communicate market information to Sales Managers and Marketing Teams.

In addition, ensure timely supply of orders generated from institutions, identify market opportunities, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders. Organize workshops and train users on BD products, manage distributors and retailers, and collect payments according to agreed norms.

Key Challenges:

  • Position BD as a leading organization promoting best medical practices.
  • Create a lasting image of BD as a company retaining and growing key accounts.
