At Yonder Talent India, we are seeking a talented Data-Driven Revenue Strategist to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for professionals who are highly analytical and experienced in dynamic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

About the Role

This position involves developing and executing revenue strategies for a growing portfolio of U.S.-based vacation rental properties. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using tools like KeyData, PriceLabs, and other dynamic pricing platforms.
  • Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to adjust pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Conduct property audits to identify revenue opportunities, improvement areas, and upsell potentials.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to enhance property performance and alignment.
  • Presents clear, data-backed recommendations to internal teams and homeowners.
  • Leverage AI/ML tools and automation to streamline data workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex visualizations and translate them into business actions.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours and engaging with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented in a remote work environment.
