Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of software engineering experience with 3-5 years of proven track record leading sizeable teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum Master certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and make quick decisions.
