Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to drive technical excellence and innovation in our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of engineers to deliver scalable and performant solutions.
  • Establishing processes to achieve optimal performance in our products.
  • Managing complex technical projects and providing roadmap planning.
  • Providing improvements that help our infrastructure be enterprise-ready.
  • Cultivating a culture of ownership, empowerment, and innovation within the team.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, managing, and growing a talented team of engineers.
  • Collaborating with product engineering teams to build scalable systems.
  • Evaluating business goals from a capacity, reliability, performance, and scale perspective.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in a software engineering leadership position with experience managing engineering teams.
  • Experience in the software industry, including time as an individual contributor, with at least 5+ years of experience optimizing large-scale systems and big data pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
