Job Opportunity: Leadership Role in CRM and Complaints Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CRM and complaints management projects with expertise, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled manager to take on a leadership role in our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading CRM and complaints system projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on knowledge of life insurance business processes and policy lifecycle.
  • Collaboration with IT teams or functional departments to address system requirements and change requests.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • In-depth understanding of life insurance domain, particularly post-issuance journeys and processes.
  • Preference given to individuals with experience in production support.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, including query handling and routing at L1 level.

Technical Skills:

  • SQL queries.
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) risk and mitigation.
  • .NET (Desirable).

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience post-qualification.
  • Excellent production support skills, including resource and time management ability.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations.
