Job Title: Senior Technical Manager

The Senior Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of vessels, ensuring their safe and efficient management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vessel maintenance, repairs, and overall technical performance.
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate dry-docking, major repairs, and maintenance schedules within specified timelines.
  • Prepare operational plans for vessel maintenance, repairs, and procurement of spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to shipboard staff and ensure adequate training on new technologies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Chief Engineer (COC Class 1) or equivalent seagoing experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical management of ships.
