As a key member of our team, the role of Kitchen Support Team (KST) Associate-HGI requires a high level of dedication and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas of the kitchen and outlet, ensuring efficient service delivery.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with customers in mind.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, take responsibility, and initiative to resolve issues as well as communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Clear full garbage bins in kitchens, stewarding areas, and corridors, changing them as often as needed, and empty and rinse them out with micro-gun.
  • Keep storeroom organized.
  • Clean and polish silver, copper, and stainless steel items, placing them back in designated storage.
  • Maintain polishing machine and deoxidizing bath in perfect order.
  • Return damaged articles and report missing articles to supervisor.
  • Clean area room before end of shift.
  • Undergo training on assigned duties by supervisor.
  • Operate automatic dishwashing machine.
  • Keep washed articles clean, clear tables, and sinks.
  • Provide restaurants with sufficient dishes.
  • Clean floor and tiles in kitchen, corridors, and stewarding areas.
  • Complete FSMS checklist in preparation for service.
  • Perform all duties safely for yourself and others in the workplace.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong attention to detail.
