Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional software engineering leader to spearhead the development of innovative solutions. As a key member of our Core Product Development team, you will play a vital role in driving architectural decisions and overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams, with expertise in Java, MicroServices, and Agile software development methodologies. They will be responsible for guiding the team's technical direction, ensuring seamless collaboration, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture decision-making and solution implementation
  • Coordinate with feature development teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Participate in the complete product development cycle, from analysis to system testing
  • Provide ongoing sustaining support to products, addressing end-to-end feature enhancements
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Architects, and Development Engineers to confirm and track feature requirements through delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of total experience
  • Strong coding skills in Java
  • Excellent knowledge of J2EE Framework, WebServices (SOAP & REST), Spring, and Spring Boot
  • Experience in developing MicroServices applications
  • Experience in transforming existing monolithic architectures to microservice-based systems
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Experience with AWS technologies is a plus
  • Experience in NoSQL technologies is a plus
  • Agile software development methodologies
