ESG Sustainability Expert Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing ESG strategies that enhance our organization's sustainability performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of environmental and social issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG reporting frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Analyze and assess climate-related risks and opportunities in alignment with TCFD recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize materiality analysis.
  • Review and monitor supplier ESG performance to ensure adherence to our sustainability policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in Environment Science, Environment Management, or Sustainability-related field.
  • 8+ years of work experience in ESG or sustainability domain.
  • Knowledge of various sustainability reporting standards, including GRI Standards, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD, SASB, and CDP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
