Senior Meta Ads Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Meta Ads Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end ad strategies across Meta platforms, driving business growth and revenue through data-driven decision making.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of managing high-performing Meta ad campaigns, who possesses excellent communication skills and can work independently to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ad strategies that drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results
  • Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments
  • Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns
  • Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale
  • Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred)
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
