At the core of our team lies an ambitious goal: to find and engage top talent.

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead this mission as a Talent Recruiter.

The role requires operating with agility, urgency, and accountability to meet challenging hiring targets in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is a full-time position based in Pune, India. While some time will be spent coordinating with the US Pacific time zone, the primary focus remains in India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing of candidates.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop outbound sourcing methods on LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals to establish a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers and prioritize top candidates for efficient funnel progression.
  • Offer & Onboarding Management: Handle the entire closing process for candidates, including managing offers and onboarding procedures.

Requirements:

  • Location: Based in Pune with occasional work from the Kalyani Nagar office (hybrid mode).
  • Role Type: Full-time only; no part-time or freelance options are available.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in recruitment, ideally with a proven track record.
  • Availability: New joiners are preferred within 2 weeks.
  • Timings: Some flexibility is required to coordinate calls with US team members between 7 PM and 1 AM IST.
  • Language & Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs/Sheets, Google Calendar.
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, highly organized, and results-driven individual.
