Software Developer

As a software developer, you will be responsible for driving the full software development lifecycle following agile methodologies. You will analyze requirements, design, develop, test, debug, and deploy software components.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a strong individual contributor in all aspects of software development lifecycle
  • Contribute to team planning and ceremonies and commit to team agreement and goals
  • Ensure code quality and security by understanding vulnerability patterns
  • Perform reviews and integration testing to assure quality of project development efforts
  • Design database schemas and conceptual data models that fit into the enterprise architecture
  • Support the user base and assist with tracking down issues
  • Understand and commit to the culture of our organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Agile team development experience with Scrum methodology
  • Java, J2EE, Javascript, CSS/HTML, AJAX skills
  • Experience with ReactJS, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful services, OAuth
  • XML, JSON, data transformation knowledge
  • SQL and NoSQL Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) expertise
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (Lambda, Fargate, ECS, S3)
  • Agile workflow tools (e.g. VSTS, JIRA) experience
  • Source code management tools (e.g. git), build management tools (e.g. Maven) and continuous integration/delivery processes and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible) expertise
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
