We are seeking a talented Senior Automotive Technology Project Lead to join our team at Kia India. As a key member of our project leadership team, you will be responsible for leading new technology projects related to connected cars, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and integration of fleet management platforms to ensure smooth communication between telematics systems, fleet operators, and end-users.
• Identify opportunities to monetize connected vehicle data, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and external partners to unlock new revenue models.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, marketing, legal) and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align project goals and requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in automotive technology, connected services, and emerging trends in mobility and payments.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and develop seamless in-car payment platforms for services such as fuel, tolls, parking, and vehicle services.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards, data security regulations, and best practices in cybersecurity, particularly for payment systems.

Requirements:
• Min 5 years of overall experience in the Indian automotive sector.
• Good understanding of connected car systems & overall telematics architecture.
• Experience in the automobile domain with an understanding of OEM functioning.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good Excel & PowerPoint skills to prepare detailed reports and worksheets.
• Must have a good understanding of the Indian automotive scenario & its customer.

Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
