We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead – Data Privacy to lead our organization's data protection initiatives. This role involves implementing privacy frameworks, managing data incidents, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
About the Position:- Develop and implement comprehensive data privacy strategies across business functions.
- Manage data breaches and ensure timely resolution in accordance with regulations.
- Create, review, and enforce robust data protection policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and compliance in day-to-day operations.
- Provide expert guidance on data protection laws and compliance standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data privacy best practices, audits, and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related fields.
- LLB qualification (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with data protection implementation, frameworks, and incident management.
- Strong understanding of data protection laws and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
