We seek an experienced Designer with strong merchandising skills to conceptualize and design high-end home decor items while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create stunning designs for cushions, throws, bedcovers, curtains, and table linen by interpreting client briefs effectively.
  • Customize designs based on client preferences and project requirements.
  • Prepare presentation decks and digital visualizations for client approvals.
  • Develop mood boards and concepts that align with the latest home furnishing trends and fabrics.

Project Coordination:

  • Act as the link between design and production teams.
  • Communicate with vendors, artisans, and internal teams to ensure timely sampling and delivery.
  • Track order progress, maintain quality control, and manage client expectations.

Client Interaction:

  • Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their needs and interpret their briefs accurately.
  • Present design concepts confidently and adapt them based on client feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Textile Design or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in home furnishings, interior styling, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, color understanding, and composition skills.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.
