**Position Overview:**

As an Senior Interior Designer you will be responsible for overseeing the interior design and construction processes for our ongoing & upcoming projects. You will be responsible for develop interior design and manage timely deliverables of the project.

**Location:** Kolkata, India

**Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and coordinate for all the interior work going in all the project
  • To make sure brands aesthetics are followed in all the project
  • Scheduling and budgeting
  • Finalization of material on basis of cost and final outcome
  • Visiting the site for finishing status and details on frequent basis
  • Also helping in planning during project conceptualization stag
  • Proficiency in architectural and design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe etc.
  • Oversee multiple large scale residential projects.
  • Knowledge of best practices in both architectural design and interior decor.
  • Knowledge of end-end interior designing work of residential projects
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute interior spaces that align with client specifications, including color schemes, materials etc.
  • Inspect construction to ensure adherence to requirements and compliance with codes and standards.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience in coordination with other professionals such as site engineers, contractors, and external consultants to work smoothly.
