Key Role: Financial Analyst

  • To be successful, applicants must hold an MBA/CA Intermediate or ICWAI Intermediate qualification in Finance and possess at least 4-5 years of experience post-qualification in any industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong analytical abilities and client handling skills are essential requirements.
  • As a valuable member of the team, the ideal candidate will have experience partnering with business leaders and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • The individual should also possess hands-on experience in financial preparation, monthly books closure and review activities, MIS preparation, review, etc., as well as a good working knowledge of Tally or proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily accounting and general ledger analysis will be the primary responsibility of this role.
  • Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports, including revenue and customer invoicing, month-end closure, cash flow, customer ageing and collections, vendor ageing and payments, fixed deposits, depreciation, etc.
  • Applicants with demonstrated experience in preparing financial statements, accounting, and tax processes will be given preference.
  • Experience in reporting to controlling entities outside India is also desired.
  • Proficiency in dealing with audit processes, statutory, transfer pricing, tax, etc. is necessary.
  • Good understanding of SEZ regulation and GST regulation is expected from the applicant.
  • Developing a clear understanding of key business drivers, providing value-added analysis, and supporting business leaders/finance management is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Ownership of expenses forecast for the business group by using trend analysis/KPI reviews for better P&L management is required.
  • Working knowledge of IND AS and IFRS is also desirable.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while maintaining open lines of communication with the team and senior management.
