Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

CMS Platform Management:
  • Oversight of website development, deployment, and maintenance ensures scalability, security, and performance.
  • AEM template management includes configuration of workflows, folder structures, and other system settings to meet business requirements.
  • Directing technical resources to integrate the website CMS platform with other systems and tools.


Content Management:
  • Collaboration with Content Marketing to develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Genpact's brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Establishment and enforcement of content processes and governance ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Providing training and support to content authors and stakeholders on AEM best practices and features.


User Experience and Optimization:
  • Utilizing Google Analytics and other tools to monitor site performance and user behavior making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Partnership with the SEO Leader to implement SEO best practices including optimizing page structures, metadata, and content for search engine visibility.
  • Ensuring that all web pages and components adhere to UX/UI best practices providing a seamless and engaging user experience.


Project Management:
  • Leading the planning execution and delivery of all operational web projects coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Management of relationships with website developers and third parties ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
  • Oversight of QA processes ensuring that all web updates and enhancements are thoroughly tested and free of issues before going live.


Technical Oversight & Security:
  • Managing the technical aspects of the website including hosting domain management and integrations with other systems or APIs.
  • Ensuring the website architecture is robust scalable and secure while overseeing integrations performance optimization and staying updated with emerging web technologies.
  • Ensuring websites comply with all relevant laws and regulations including data protection and standards.
  • Oversight of website security protocols to protect against cyber threats.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Web Development Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in web development management or a related field with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale web projects from conception through to completion.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including AEM Sites AEM Assets and AEM Forms.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) Adobe Craft CMS.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale web projects.
  • Proficient in web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and experience with front-end frameworks (React Angular) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
  • Estimated salary range $120000 - $180000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
