Electrical Equipment Maintenance Technician

The Jhagadia Float Glass manufacturing unit is a prime example of our company's commitment to excellence and quality. Located in Central Gujarat, this state-of-the-art facility spans 150 acres and produces 550 MT of clear glass per day.

This plant has set a high quality benchmark by producing clear glass with less than 650 ppm of Iron, making it a standout globally. Additionally, it boasts an in-house Sand Beneficiation plant capable of producing 600 tons of treated sand per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain electrical systems, switchgears, transformers, motors, EOT cranes, and equipment.
  2. Maintain and operate gensets, electrical panels, transformers, isolators, and lightning arrestors.
  3. Perform maintenance and trouble-shooting on AC/DC machines and circuit theory concepts.
  4. Control and automation systems, protection and metering devices, VFD and PLC applications, and encoder knowledge.

For this role, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Equipment Maintenance Technician with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution, 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field, and strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
