Experienced P&E Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional and Engineering (P&E) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in engineering and extensive experience in the elevator industry.

  • Conduct thorough traffic analysis using specialized software to ensure design requirements are met.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations for clients to showcase analysis results.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Participate in design review meetings and workshops to ensure project success.
  • Summarize traffic analysis findings for stakeholder approval.
  • Develop a Civil Dimension matrix for finalized lift configurations to meet vendor requirements.
  • Present a Design Brief Report to the client, outlining key project details.
  • Use e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved DBR.
  • Collaborate with the drafting team to submit tender drawings for review.
  • Support clients during vendor discussions and specification management.
  • Coordinate with the drafting team, client, and vendor for GAD approval.
  • Maintain up-to-date performance data to inform future projects.
  • Collaborate during internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in reading VHT GA drawings is essential.
  2. Excellent technical understanding of Elevator, Escalator, and Advanced People Flow solutions is a plus.
