About Our Infrastructure Team

We are seeking a skilled Junior Site Reliability Engineer to assist in designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment systems. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Design & Maintenance
    • We use infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation to build and maintain our infrastructure.
    • You will support the provisioning and lifecycle management of production, staging, and other critical environments.
  • Deployment Systems & CI/CD
    • You will support and extend CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions and Argo CD to improve reliability and automation of deployments.
    • Help promote consistency and best practices across environments for deployment, rollback, and observability.
  • Reliability, Observability & Tooling
    • You will assist in the implementation and maintenance of monitoring, alerting, and logging infrastructure.
    • Help track SLOs/SLIs for core services in partnership with service owners.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
    • Evaluate documentation requirements for all systems and processes.
    • Contribute to shared knowledge bases, runbooks, and developer-facing onboarding materials.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or related field.
  • Cloud: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, with some hands-on experience in AWS.
  • Containers & Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker and foundational understanding of Kubernetes concepts.
  • Ci/Cd: Exposure to Ci/Cd principles and tools like GitHub Actions.
  • IaC: Some experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language like Bash or Python.
  • Observability: Basic understanding of monitoring and logging.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and desire to learn and work within a team.
