Key Technologies & Domain

  • Platform: Inductive Automation – Ignition
  • Domain: SCADA / Industrial Automation
  • Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad HITECH area (4 days/week from office—flexible schedule)
  • Compensation: All fixed pay with the industry's best benefit package.

Work Schedule Expectations

To ensure 24/7 reliability across global operations, candidates should be open to flexible scheduling, including night and early morning shifts.

  • Day 1 Schedule: Comfortable hours—13:30 IST to 21:30 IST
  • Mandatory On-Call Availability: 03:30 IST to 21:30 IST
  • A three-shift system is anticipated to support full coverage.

Role Summaries

1) Lead SRE

  • Drive reliability strategy and lead cross-functional teams
  • Architect SCADA integrations and Python-based automation
  • Build observability tools and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate with OT/IT teams to ensure seamless operations

2) Senior SRE

  • Serve as a technical expert and mentor
  • Lead incident response and automation initiatives
  • Configure edge devices and support scalable infrastructure
  • Integrate SCADA systems with modern SRE practices

3) Junior/Mid-level SRE

  • Support daily operations, monitoring, and incident response
  • Learn and apply SRE principles under guidance
  • Assist in automation, documentation, and system reliability
