Spanish Quality Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spanish Quality Analyst to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of assigned products and services, driving optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer issue trends, volume spikes, and case inventory to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead daily team meetings and communicate operational updates to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • Conduct effective coaching and feedback sessions; manage follow-up actions to enhance staff performance and development.
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance training and phishing exercises for self and team members.
  • Review and analyze B2B Service Cloud and DOMO reports; share performance metrics weekly to inform business decisions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer cases; manage resolution and documentation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and maintain low attrition rates by fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
  • Validate agenda access and ensure compliance with security protocols to protect sensitive information.
  • Display professionalism in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
