Designation: Executive - Performance Improvement Specialist

This role is responsible for leading and strengthening the performance improvement function within a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Performance Design:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and methodologies for both qualitative and quantitative studies, ensuring robust data-driven decision-making.
  • Indicator Development & Evaluation:
    • Lead the process of identifying, evaluating, and finalizing key performance indicators and research objectives aligned with project goals.
  • Proposal Development & Submission:
    • Design and develop comprehensive proposals for Performance Improvement studies, including frameworks, procedures, data collection tools, and questionnaires.
  • Capacity Building & Training:
    • Lead the training and capacity development of teams, ensuring clarity on methodologies, tools, and ethical guidelines.
  • Tool Development & Implementation:
    • Oversee tool translation, finalization of skip patterns, and validation checks, and ensure seamless conversion of paper-based questionnaires into digital formats.
  • Execution & Delivery:
    • Drive the execution of Performance Improvement activities as per project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to protocols.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Supervise data review processes, including cleaning, validation, and analysis, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of datasets, and lead the preparation of high-quality reports.
  • Consultant Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Effectively manage external consultants and internal teams, fostering collaboration, performance tracking, and alignment with project objectives.
