Workday Integration Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global team, focusing on Workday integration and reporting.


About the Role
  • Integration Design and Implementation: Collaborate with HR stakeholders globally to design, develop, test, and deliver seamless Workday integrations.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide technical guidance on HR interpretations and best practices, ensuring compliance and shaping HR processes.
  • Payroll Integrations: Configure and test Workday HCM integrations related to payroll, ensuring accurate compensation data flow.
  • Reporting: Design, troubleshoot, and build reports using Workday reporting tools (including Prism) to provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a focus on Workday integration and reporting administration.
  • Knowledge of US & Europe Payroll Systems, preferably ADP, UKG, and Malam.
  • Experience with XSLT Transformation and XML, as well as third-party application experience using Workday Integration tools.
  • Understanding of HRIS design principles, payroll processes, and Workday Studio Integration.
  • Advanced HR knowledge and global team experience, with excellent communication, customer service orientation, and organizational abilities.
