Sales Representative

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contact guests and internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues
- Use sales strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Determine and provide complimentary items as gifts for guests' patronage
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally
- Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
- Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into software when taking guest reservations
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
- Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- License or certification not necessary
