Catalogue Management Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our catalogue management efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce and quick commerce, with a proven track record of success in fast-growing setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Catalogue & Category Optimisation:
    • Manage and optimise the product catalogue across multiple categories to drive sales and growth.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and availability.
    • Monitor and analyse sales, conversions, and category performance to inform strategic decisions.
    • Pursue new category opportunities and product lines based on market trends and customer demand.
  • Vendor & Partner Engagement:
    • Nurture strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure competitive pricing and promotions.
    • Maintain open communication channels for vendor queries, issue resolution, and feedback.
  • Strategic Planning & Opportunity Identification:
    • Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives and market insights.
    • Evaluate new vendor and partnership opportunities to enhance catalogue offerings.
    • Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Execution & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, operations) to drive product visibility and category growth.
    • Support joint initiatives like promotional campaigns and seasonal launches to boost sales.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track key catalogue metrics (sales, margins, stock levels, vendor performance) to inform decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports on category performance and share insights with stakeholders.
