Lead Product Catalogue Specialist

Job Overview:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for training and enabling teams on the IMOS tool. This involves designing and delivering structured training programs, developing and maintaining learning resources, SOPs, and best-practice documentation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the IMOS tool and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also have strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver structured training programs on IMOS tool usage for designers, engineers, and production teams.
- Develop and maintain learning resources, SOPs, and best-practice documentation.
- Conduct refresher sessions and onboarding training for new hires on IMOS modules.
- Bachelor of Engineering/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- 6+ years of experience in product catalogue management, data operations, or related fields, preferably in Interior Design / Modular Furniture / Manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of IMOS tool (mandatory).
- Proven experience in training and upskilling teams on technical tools or systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in catalogue validation processes and exposure to Design-to-Manufacture (D2M) workflows.
