Senior Salesforce Technical Specialist

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate system performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand business requirements.
  2. Conduct regression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
  3. Ensure test coverage of Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Custom Applications.
  4. Use Salesforce Test Automation tools to automate test cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and functionalities.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG).
  • Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
