Job Overview

The Operations Manager - GIS plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily activities of a large team of analysts. This encompasses:

  • Engaging with customers to resolve escalations and ensuring seamless execution of system, team, and individual customer service objectives.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators while maintaining an in-depth understanding of all service tasks and programs, as well as system and telecommunications capabilities.
