Job Title: Project Coordination Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to lead and manage various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in project coordination and management.
  • Proven track record of managing mid- to large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

This position requires a skilled and experienced Project Coordination Specialist to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required, and a master's degree is highly desirable. 5 years of experience in project coordination and management is also necessary for this role.

In addition to technical skills and qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and be able to provide strategic guidance to the project team. They will also be able to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
