Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers to our ecosystem, understand their needs, and develop personalized plans to meet their requirements.
- Solution Deployment: Work with our team to deploy tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each family, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience.
- Partner Management: Collaborate with our partner network to source high-quality services and products that meet our customers' expectations.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Continuously monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a hospitality or customer service context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing priorities.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
