Job Summary:

A seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of driving customer-centric growth through CRM expertise is sought to oversee day-to-day client relationships and develop targeted campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Oversight of all client interactions, ensuring satisfaction by addressing bespoke requests and providing strategic guidance on CRM implementation.
  • Plan, develop, and implement CRM campaigns focused on increasing customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates. This includes crafting personalized content across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure timely, relevant, and aligned CRM efforts that drive business objectives.
  • Segment customer lists to deliver targeted campaigns and optimize the customer journey at every touchpoint.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to continually optimize campaigns, leveraging analytics and feedback for maximum effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer lifecycle strategy, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value through automated workflows and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant customer databases, adhering to GDPR and other regulations.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in CRM efforts.
