Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to join our cross-functional and global team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational initiatives for gTech Ads Solutions teams. You will act as a thought partner to the leadership, defining, structuring, launching, and driving operational initiatives while ensuring seamless execution and eliminating conflicts. You will also provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused initiatives, removing roadblocks to execution and ensuring successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather information, context, and motivate business analysis with project communication and management.
* Enable business decision-making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
* Partner with gTech Ads Solutions leadership in driving initiatives including global priorities.
* Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused initiatives and remove roadblocks to execution, and eliminate conflicts.
* Define, structure, launch, and drive operational initiatives for gTech Ads Solutions teams, while acting as a thought partner to the leadership.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 4 years of experience in consulting, software, Internet, media industries, or startup companies.
* Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent practical experience; 4 years of experience in structuring and executing analysis to support strategy; experience in leading operational and cross-functional initiatives; experience in management consulting firm or project management in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or startup companies; experience with executive stakeholder management and executive communication; experience in Operations, Customer Solutions, and Internet/Online Media.
