As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all technology operations and engage with senior leadership to drive strategic IT initiatives and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements across departments to determine technology needs
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans for operational and major capital projects
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management
  • Manage and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other components

Maintain industry-leading knowledge of cyber security and risk management, compliance, and privacy as it relates to security.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, information security, application security, or software development

5+ years in a leadership role managing IT infra and software development teams

In-depth knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, storage solutions, and virtualization technologies

Knowledge of various regulatory requirements and information security control frameworks (ISO, NIST, PCI, GDPR, CCPA, SOX)

Prior experience managing a SOC and compliances across US and India is a plus

Strong understanding of audit/risk management methodologies and regulatory requirements pertaining to information security, privacy, and/or data security

Good understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
