Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations and support projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business requirements and perform gap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • Provide consulting services to global organizations on HCM best practices and help clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution.
  • Hands-on expertise with data models and excellent knowledge of XML.
  • Worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
  • Experience with time-off and EC payroll.
  • System configuration in accordance with solution design and configuration workbooks.
  • Expertise in translations and uploading translation packs for data model configuration and MDF.

  • Strong learning ability with agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
