Empower Process Governance with Excellence

Drive business process excellence and governance across organizations as a Senior Manager Process Governance Specialist. With a strong background in finance and operations, you will design, implement, and maintain efficient business processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our processes. Your expertise in SAP Finance modules and business process management methodologies will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Process Improvements
  • Maintain Process Documentation and Procedures
  • Collaborate with Teams to Identify and Address Process Gaps and Inefficiencies
  • Provide Training and Support to Employees on New Processes and Procedures

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or operations, with a focus on process governance.
  • Expertise in SAP Finance modules and business process management methodologies.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with international and geographically disparate teams.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a consultant with skills in process improvement and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of process mining and analytics tools.
  • Qualification as a CA/ACCA/CIMA professional.
