Performance Testing Job Description

At Quess-IT Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth performance and stability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application response times
  • Analyze system logs and metrics to troubleshoot performance issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to ensure alignment on performance goals and objectives
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using tools like JMeter and Load Runner to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools (JMeter, Load Runner, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP GUI, True Client, and Fiori
  • Familiarity with SCM functional knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance testing
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
