Financial Operations Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage accounts receivables & payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
    • Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
    • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
  • Compliance & Taxation:
    • Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis.
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
    • Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.
  • Financial Reporting & MIS:
    • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
    • Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
    • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
    • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy in operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
  • 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
