Performance Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems and applications.

  • Demonstrate ability to test custom services using load generating tools (e.g Load runner, Jmeter, SOAP UI) across multiple protocols (Web HTTP, Siebel etc).
  • Experience working in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment environments and cloud-based infrastructures and applications using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gatling, GitHub, Maven.
  • Experience in Kubernetes, Microservices, AWS cloud, Oracle OCI.
  • Demonstrate experience in performance test scripting and executing test scripts.
  • Ability to analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), volumetric Analysis.
  • Should have knowledge and hands-on skills for C, Java, VB macros, Basic SQL, shell scripts for customizing scripts and innovative automation processes.
  • Solid understanding of JAVA/JVM architecture, JVM, GC, Class loading, Thread dump, DB (Oracle and SQL Server) analysis.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, profiling for app stack using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as HP Diagnostics, CA Wily, Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc and in-depth analysis of server & application metric data.
  • Able to accurately analyze performance test results and highlight issues in both technical and business language.

Experience in supporting tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, HAR, Lighthouse will be an added advantage.
