Senior Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of websites using Power Pages with in-depth configuration and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust solutions for designing, developing, and deploying websites using Power Pages.
  • Design and build end-to-end cloud solutions utilizing Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Customize and integrate Dataverse as the data backbone for Power Pages and other platform applications.
  • Apply expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid for custom user experience, advanced logic, and front-end extensibility.
  • Work with RESTful Web APIs for integrating external data and services.
  • Utilize C#, TypeScript, and JSON for advanced solutions.
  • Build end-to-end automation using Power Automate flows.
  • Integrate API customization, create custom connectors, and work with HTTP requests to external services.
  • Integrate Azure services and Microsoft 365 cloud technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Azure Functions).
  • Understand security, authentication, and authorization within Power Pages and Power Platform.
  • Implement ALM (Application Lifecycle Management): manage environments, source control, solution packaging, and deployment using DevOps pipelines and Power Platform CLI.
  • Use tools like Visual Studio Code, Power Platform CLI, and Power Pages Management App for development, code management, and deployment.
  • Work with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipeline automation for solution delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Power Pages and over 12 years of overall PP experience.
  • Microsoft certifications (such as PL-400, Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly regarded and often required.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices through continuous learning and community engagement.

Preferred Skills:

  • SQL knowledge for managing and querying data within Dataverse and external systems.
  • Debugging and testing procedures to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, PowerShell scripting, and Agile methodologies.
