Synopsis

We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to oversee the successful execution of interior and architectural design projects.

This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of full-cycle project execution from inception to completion.
  • Development of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Management of timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Leadership of site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Leadership and management of internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.
  • Implementation of quality assurance procedures and enforcement of compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of risks or roadblocks without compromising project goals.
  • Seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.
  • Maintenance of accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Presentation of project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
  • Ensurance that contracts, work orders, and approvals are documented and maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
