Job Description


    At ADCI HYD 13 SEZ, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale programs that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiencies.
    In this role, you will work closely with Business, Operations, Tech, and Senior Leaders to develop and execute program strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for defining program requirements, collecting data and metrics to determine improvements, and driving process improvements across various teams.
    The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in program or project management, delivering cross-functional projects, and working with tech and non-tech teams. A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field is preferred.
    Key responsibilities include:
  • Defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
  • Collecting requirements, scoping, prioritizing, and implementing new use cases with development teams;
  • Executing program and project initiatives while providing great internal customer support and driving consistency;
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving change across various teams.

As a Strategic Program Development Director, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and enhancing customer experience across various regions.     Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management;
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects and working with tech and non-tech teams;
  • A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field;
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel;
  • Excellent communication and customer-relationship skills;
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous programs and prioritize competing priorities.

    Salary Estimate

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
