Key Engineering Leadership Role

Our organization seeks an experienced and visionary leader to drive the development of our cutting-edge SaaS platform.

This is a critical role for an individual with passion for building innovative B2B/enterprise software, deep understanding of modern technology stacks, and hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, particularly with large language models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, leadership skills to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration, and strong technical foundation in modern full-stack development.

  • Lead and mentor the entire engineering team
  • Develop and execute the technical roadmap
  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable systems
  • Spearhead AI and ML integration into core products
  • Implement best practices in DevOps and quality assurance
  • Build and scale the engineering team

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 8-12+ years of professional experience in software engineering or product engineering
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling SaaS platforms or B2B/enterprise software
  • Startup or early-stage growth experience preferred

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS/GCP
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows, including practical experience with concepts like RAG, LangChain, or other LLM-based applications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will be passionate about building innovative software and driving technical excellence within our organization.
