Financial Operations Manager

Seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our organization in an exciting opportunity.
We require a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a mid-level role within the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, vouching, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations
- Prepare full sets of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards
- Ensure adherence to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Handle internal and statutory audits, serving as the point of contact for external auditors
- Utilize accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent with efficiency
- Prepare detailed management information system reports and financial dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes across departments
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in accounting tools (Tally/SAP or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Sound understanding of Indian Accounting Standards
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports for management decision-making
