Technical Project Lead Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as a technical lead across all stages of software development, from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architecture, design, and development of web-based enterprise applications using Java (JSP, Struts, EJB).
  • Review and approve designs, technical specifications, and architecture artifacts.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, design patterns, and maintainability.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and management.
  • Expertise in Java, JSP, Struts, EJB.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
