Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, be knowledgeable about coffee and food preparation, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Knowledge of coffee and food preparation methods
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
