Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Manager at Super Market, located in Chennai. The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing store inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the customer experience. The Shop Manager will also coordinate with suppliers, supervise staff, and implement operational policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in store operations.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the events and exhibitions industry is a plus
